Refund Policy
At Kingshot Bot, we strive to provide exceptional software and service to our users. However, due to the digital nature of our product and licensing system, refunds are extremely limited and subject to strict conditions.
License Activation Policy
Once a license key has been activated, no refunds will be provided. License activation occurs when you first launch Kingshot Bot and enter your license key. This process binds the license to your hardware and grants you access to the software.
By activating your license, you confirm that:
- You have tested the software and verified it works on your system
- You understand the software's features and limitations
- You agree to the binding nature of the license activation
- You waive any right to request a refund after activation
Digital Product Nature
Kingshot Bot is a digital software product that is delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the digital nature of our product and the fact that it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we do not offer refunds once the software has been delivered and the license key has been provided.
Pre-Purchase Considerations
Before making a purchase, please ensure that:
- You have reviewed the system requirements and confirmed compatibility
- You understand the software's functionality and limitations
- You have read and agree to our Terms of Service
- You are authorized to make the purchase
- You understand this no-refund policy
Beta Access
Beta access purchases are subject to the same no-refund policy. Beta software is provided "as-is" and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or other issues. By purchasing beta access, you acknowledge these risks and agree that no refunds will be provided.
Subscription Cancellation
While we do not provide refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Upon cancellation:
- Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused time
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Your license will expire at the end of the paid period
To cancel your subscription, visit your billing portal.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered for unactivated license keys under very specific circumstances:
- Duplicate charges caused by payment processing errors
- Charges resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Technical issues on our end that prevent software delivery
- Accidental purchase (must be reported within 24 hours)
Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase and before the license key has been activated. Once activated, the license becomes permanently bound to your hardware and no refunds will be considered under any circumstances.
All refund requests will be reviewed at our sole discretion. There is no guarantee that a refund will be approved even if the license remains unactivated.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your license and account access. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies for fraudulent chargebacks.
