Installation Issues
Problems downloading or installing KingshotAuto
  • Try downloading again with a different browser.
  • Temporarily disable antivirus software during download and installation.
  • Check your internet connection is stable.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • Run the installer as Administrator (right-click > Run as administrator).
  • Contact support for a direct download link.
Startup Problems
Software won't start or crashes on launch
  • Restart your computer and try again.
  • Ensure you have the latest version of KingshotAuto.
  • Install the latest Visual C++ Redistributable from Microsoft.
  • Update your graphics drivers and Windows.
  • Run KingshotAuto as Administrator.
  • Check for conflicting software (overlays, antivirus, etc.).
Game Detection
KingshotAuto can't find or connect to your game
  • Make sure your game is running before starting KingshotAuto.
  • Check that your game is supported and up to date.
  • Run both the game and KingshotAuto as Administrator.
  • Disable overlays (Discord, GeForce Experience, etc.).
  • Temporarily disable antivirus/firewall if blocking connections.
  • Contact support with your log files if the issue persists.
Performance Issues
Slow performance or high CPU usage
  • Close unnecessary background programs.
  • Lower in-game graphics settings.
  • Ensure your PC meets the minimum requirements.
  • Update your graphics drivers and Windows.
  • Restart your computer to free up resources.
